Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Securely pack the ladder or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included to prevent restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for safety and quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
